Combined Six underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a flexor tendon injury to the left foreleg. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Kanji Kilo and Uriana Bale were quick to begin. Tidy Up Girl, Little Leo and Drain The Swamp were slow to begin.

Tidy Up Girl underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainers request and was found to have abrasions to the right fore leg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Aston Knox was quick to begin. Barooga Banjo and Trending Striker were slow to begin.

Pyrenees Prada and Aston Knox collided soon after the start. Pyrenees Prada and Aston Knox collided approaching the first turn severely checking Pyrenees Prada. Kevlar, Aston Knox, Old Mate Paddy and Kanji Olympic collided on the first turn severely checking Aston Knox and Kanji Olympic, causing Old Mate Paddy to fall as a result. Pyrenees Prada raced wide in the home straight.

Old Mate Paddy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right front spike wound .  A  3 day stand down period was imposed.

Havilah Kid was quick to begin. Birdbrook was slow to begin.

Trout and Code Blue Sue collided approaching the first turn. Avenger Lass and Havilah Kid collided approaching the first turn checking Avenger Lass and Code Blue Sue. Avenger Lass, Code Blue Sue and Havilah Kid collided on the first turn severely checking Avenger Lass. Birdbrook checked off Code Blue Sue approaching the home turn. Birdbrook and Trout collided approaching the home turn checking Havilah Kid and Runnin' Riot. Avenger Lass and Birdbrook collided entering the home straight. 

Avenger Lass underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following Race 9. Avenger Lass was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Borg, the trainer of Avenger Lass and advised him pursuant to GAR 20 (3) (v) prior to any further nomination being accepted, a Veterinary Certificate must be produced to the satisfaction of the Stewards, stating that at the time of nomination, the greyhound is fit to start.

Tinker Count was slow to begin. 

Tiger Blurton and Our Watto collided soon after the start. Dusty Lyn crossed to the rails on the first turn checking Double Tactic, Spearhead and Tiger Blurton. Berkel Boy and Tiger Blurton collided approaching the second turn. Double Tactic checked off Brilliant Brian on the second turn checking Berkel Boy. Berkel Boy and Tinker Count collided approaching the home turn. Berkel Boy raced wide in the home straight.

Smart As Jack, Frank's Girl, Waldemar Bale and Will Do collided approaching the first turn checking Smart As Jack, Waldemar Bale and Will Do causing Frank's Girl to fall as a result. Rocket Boy checked off Handsome Jack on the first turn. Smart As Jack and Will Do collided on the first turn. Trending Air and Rocket Boy collided on the home turn. Smart As Jack and Waldemar Bale collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post. Trending Air raced wide in the home straight.

Frank's Girl underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

El Cazador and Untapped were slow to begin.

Alpine Blaze and Aston Lee collided soon after the start checking Alpine Blaze. Aston Lee checked off Yohan Bale on the first turn. Royal Deed, Ask For More and Alpine Blaze collided on the first turn checking Alpine Blaze. El Cazador and Ask For More collided entering the home straight.

Hartland Gus, Spring Empire, Seabrook Short and Saniyah Bale collided soon after the start. Tinker Crest and Nigerian Kaboom collided on the first turn checking Tinker Crest. Saniyah Bale checked off Hartland Gus on the first turn checking Seabrook Short. Nigerian Kaboom and Nova Star collided on the home turn. Tinker Crest and Hartland Gus collided entering the home straight. I'm A Soldier and Nova Star collided several times in the home straight checking both greyhounds.
