Weblec Whirl and Plan Ahead collided on the first turn.  Eilish and King Of Calypso collided on the first turn and again on the second turn.  Curfew, Strada, Eilish, Plan Ahead and King Of Calypso collided on the third turn checking Strada, Eilish and Plan Ahead.  Weblec Whirl contacted the running rail on the third turn. 

Curfew underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a laceration to the right hind leg.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Barefoot Tycoon – Exhibition Trial - Distance 595m, Weight 31.0 kg, Box 1, 1st Split 10.32, 2nd Split 24.61 and overall Run Time 35.078.  Barefoot Tycoon underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right wrist sprain, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to representative, Mr Mark Johnstone regarding the greyhounds racing manners soon after the start.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Barefoot Tycoon was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Johnstone pleaded guilty to the charge, Barefoot Tycoon was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Scatterbox, Mepunga Felix and Fortuna Bale collided soon after the start.  Scatterbox, Mepunga Felix, He Shall Rodger and Mepunga Isla collided on the first turn.  Scatterbox, Mepunga Felix and Highly Explosive collided entering the back straight checking Mepunga Felix.

Carry On Liam and We The People were slow to begin.

Burn Time, Maggie Moo Moo and Floral Lace collided on the first turn checking Floral Lace, Jump Into Action, severely checking Maggie Moo Moo and Burn Time.  We The People checked off Jump Into Action on the second turn.  Lump Sum and Carry On Liam collided several times on the third turn.  Lump Sum checked off Maggie Moo Moo on the home turn.  Lump Sum and Maggie Moo Moo collided entering the home straight.  Floral Lace and Lizzie's Entity collided approaching the winning post.

Burn Time underwent a post-race veterinary examination. No appaprent injury was reported.

Desert Flame and It's Not Fun were quick to begin.

Nikoli Bale and Zipping Clifford collided soon after the start.  Nikoli Bale, Zipping Clifford, Utah Express and Abelero Bale collided on the first turn checking Nikoli Bale, Abelero Bale and severely checking Utah Express, causing Utah Express to fall.  Father Phevos, Nikoli Bale, Desert Flame and It's Not Fun collided approaching the third turn checking Nikoli Bale and Desert Flame. Nikoli Bale checked off Desert Flame on the third turn checking Zipping Clifford and causing Nikoli Bale to lose ground.  

Utah Express underwent a post-race veterinary examination. No apparent injury was reported.
