Steward's Report
All persons attending the venue today carried face-masks, observed social distance requirements and maintained room density quotients for the race meeting.
A sample was taken from Highway Man upon arrival at the course
Pure Promise– New declared weight of 29.6kg, last raced at 31.3kg.
Hot Diamond, Highway Man and Tralee Riot were slow to begin. Tralee Riot was checked off No Way Nellie at the 250m mark. Oh Stop It and Highway Man collided approaching the 150m mark checking both greyhounds. Oh Stop It lost ground over the concluding stages of the event. Pure Promise and Tralee Riot collided approaching the winning post.
Oh Stop It underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right triangle muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
