Steward's Report
All persons attending the venue today carried face-masks, observed social distance requirements and maintained room density quotients for the race meeting.
A pre-race sample was taken from My Wanderer.
Lakeview Lola was quick to begin. Aston Elliot was slow to begin.
Aston Elliot and Tommy's No Angel collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn causing Aston Elliot to stumble checking Tommy's No Angel. Flying Hercules checked off Lakeview Lola entering the back straight. Zipping Utah and Defensible collided entering the home straight.
Zipping Utah underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left front foot. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Mrs Heather Collins regarding the racing manners of Zipping Utah entering the front straight. After hearing evidence from Mrs. Collins, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners.
Aston Elliot underwent a post-race veterinary examination. No apparent injury was reported.
