Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Maverick Sandy, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) parade, Miss O Cartechini did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.
Boes Bambino, Maverick Sandy and Mighty Tuscany were quick to begin,
Hard At It and Maverick Sandy collided approaching the first turn. Boes Bambino and Urana Vieri collided in the home straight.
Phaenon Bale marred Mighty Tuscany in the home straight checking Boes Bambino.
Stewards spoke to Mr Luke Harris, the owner of Phaenon Bale regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Phaenon Bale was charged with marring. Mr Harris pleaded guilty to the charge, Phaenon Bale was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
