Due to changes in Sky Racing scheduling the start time for this race was amended to 9.42pm.
Fletcher Jay and Lektra Desire collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Kinloch Journey, Why Not Colby and Tango Icon collided on the home turn checking all three greyhounds. Aston Current and Why Not Dan collided on the home turn.
Fletcher Jay underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion/contusion on the left cervical region and spike wounds to both Fils. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
