Pretty Fly was slow to begin.

Mini Thunder and Ava's Prediction collided approaching the first turn. Mini Thunder and All Inn Chester collided on the first turn checking Mini Thunder. All Inn Chester galloped on Crabby Yabby approaching the home turn severely checking Crabby Yabby.

Crabby Yabby underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right monkey muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
