Steward's Report

A pre-race sample was taken from Statler.

I'm The Greatest was slow to begin.

Diva Dot and Statler collided soon after the start. I'm The Greatest checked off Charlie Checker at the 250m mark. Statler faltered from the 250m mark and subsequently tailed off. Chase The Magic checked off Two Up Thommo approaching the 200m mark. Diva Dot, I'm The Greatest and Charlie Checker collided at the 150m mark checking Charlie Checker. Diva Dot checked off I'm The Greatest approaching the winning post.

Statler underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right triangle muscle. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

A post-race sample was taken from Two Up Thommo - the winner of the event.
