Stewards today conducted an inquiry into the late scratching of Jack's Prince. Stewards spoke with the Owner/Representative of the greyhound Mr. Ward and acting under GAR86(o), Mr. Ward was charged with negligently presenting the incorrect greyhound for racing, which resulted in the late scratching of Jack's Prince. Mr. Ward was fined the sum of $200.
