All persons (GRV & club staff, licensed participants & limited general public) attending the venue today undertook successful health screenings and wore face masks/covers that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

Our Boy Benny and Urban Legend were slow to begin.
Spearhead Joe, Milana Rose and Stalking Shadow collided approaching the first turn. Battle Symphony faltered approaching the first turn and tailed off. Stalking Shadow, Skibo Boy and Our Boy Benny collided on the first turn. Milana Rose and Our Boy Benny collided in the home straight. Rowchester Wig and Stalking Shadow collided approaching the winning post.
Battle Symphony underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right hock, abdominal muscle, left foreleg monkey and left hindleg triangle injuries. A 14 day stand period was imposed.
