Inky's Fireball and Happy Dance collided approaching the first turn checking Inky's Fireball. Evil Entry, Bakali George and Happy Dance collided on the first turn checking Happy Dance. Happy Dance and Shining Ellie collided approaching the home turn. Inky's Fireball and Paisley Bale collided on the home turn checking Inky's Fireball. Happy Dance and Especial Edge collided in the home straight. Happy Dance and Shining Ellie collided in the home straight.

Princess Deb crossed to the inside in the home straight and collided with Time Turner.

Rupert's Boy was slow to begin. American Star and Crown Jimmy collided approaching the first turn. Buzz Out and Cash No Credit collided approaching the first turn. Rupert's Boy and Cash No Credit collided approaching the home turn.

Ginger Meggs and Speedy Spyro collided approaching the home turn. Rezzie's Shout and Especial One collided on the home turn.

Trout underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right wrist sprain and an abrasion to the right wrist. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Majestic Way was quick to begin. Doughnut was slow to begin. Speedy Lemon, Sammy Mcivor and Good Mate Rusty collided approaching the first turn. Cavernando and Majestic Way collided on the first turn. Sammy Mcivor and Good Mate Rusty collided on the first turn checking Good Mate Rusty. Sukhoi Su clipped the heels of Good Mate Rusty on the home turn.

Nunniong Bear – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52. 

Ink Spot and Too Far collided approaching the first turn. Too Far, Queen Of Promise and Midnight Fussed collided approaching the first turn checking Queen Of Promise. Too Far and Midnight Fussed collided on the first turn checking Too Far. Huntly Star and Midnight Fussed collided on the home turn. Queen Of Promise lost ground on the home turn and tailed off. Ink Spot raced wide in the home straight.

Queen Of Promise underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury and a left groin injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Mark Johnson regarding the racing manners of Brian Harold entering the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr Johnson, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners entering the home straight.
