Foxzami Ferrari - New declared weight of 28.0 kgs, last raced at 26.3 kgs.
Coolant was quick to begin.
Foxzami Ferrari, Black Eyed Heart, Maverick Sandy and Up The Amount collided soon after the start. Foxzami Ferrari, Black Eyed Heart and Up The Amount collided approaching the first turn checking Black Eyed Heart. Foxzami Ferrari and Up The Amount collided on the first turn severely checking Up The Amount which fell as a result. Black Eyed Heart and Maverick Sandy raced wide on the first turn.
Up The Amount underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right thigh injury and an abrasion to the left metacarpal. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
