Steward's Report
The traditional 2-wave (odds then evens) boxing process has been re-instated for all races in Victoria from Tuesday 10 November 2020. Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.
All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face masks that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Mac's A Million was quick to begin. Monument Valley was slow to begin.
I'm A Lawyer and Rockin' Rosie collided approaching the first turn. Galloping Speed, Mac's A Million, I'm A Lawyer and Yellowtail Bear collided on the first turn checking Mac's A Million and Rockin' Rosie. Happy Hannah and Yellowtail Bear collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Mac's A Million and Rockin' Rosie collided entering the front straight checking both greyhounds. I'm A Lawyer raced wide on the second turn. I'm A Lawyer checked off Galloping Speed entering the back straight. Monument Valley brushed the running rail on the third turn and lost ground.
Mac's A Million underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the left knee. No stand down period was imposed.
