Shoes Magic and Got To Spark collided approaching the home turn checking Got To Spark. Shoes Magic checked off Livia Bale on the home turn. Shoes Magic underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have spike wound to both hind legs and thumps. No stand down period was imposed.

Justice Done underwent a post-race veterinary examination after failing to enter the catching pen and was found to have a spike wound to the right foreleg. No stand-down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Adelle Powell regarding failure of the Justice Done to enter the catching pen following the running of the event. After hearing evidence from Ms Powell, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners and will monitored in future events.

Jodie's Boy was slow to begin. No Marjen and Token Supreme collided approaching the first turn. No Marjen, Token Supreme, Jodie's Boy and Adesanya collided on the first turn checking No Marjen, Token Supreme and Jodie's Boy. Jackie's Exhibit and She's A Looker raced wide entering the home straight.

Assassinate - Late scratching at 7.07am when Mr Billy Stockdale reported the greyhound to have Diarrhoea (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Mr G. Glass did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.

Kraken Thunder and My Name's Craig collided soon after the start checking Kraken Thunder. Quinto Bale and Karen's Delight collided soon after the start checking Quinto Bale. Token Lilly and My Name's Craig collided on the first turn severely checking Karen's Delight and Kraken Thunder, Token Lilly fell as a result.

Token Lilly underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left foreleg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Sprite Halo and Trickster Cabang collided on the first turn checking Trickster Cabang. Sprite Halo, Flying Farrokh, Trickster Cabang and Too Far Bro collided on the first turn checking all four greyhounds. Sprite Halo checked off Our Flying Bolt on the home turn. This Time Bro underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Kenita underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to left hindleg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Mepunga Holly - Late scratching at 1.52pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

Aston Kipchoge, Deed's Delight and Drumbeater collided on the first turn checking Deed's Delight and Drumbeater. Drumbeater galloped on Aston Kipchoge approaching the second turn checking Serengeti Icon, Deed's Delight and Alita severely checking Drumbeater. Serengeti Icon checked off Deed's Delight on the third turn.

Pirates Patch, Javier Bale and Eureka Icon collided approaching the first turn checking Javier Bale. Cruisy's Special and Javier Bale collided on the first turn checking Javier Bale.

Deadly Walk checked off Pontiac Bandit soon after the start. Right Above It, Jetta's Shout and Aston Champagne collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds.
