Brother Griff and Take A Daisy were quick to begin. Fairytale Ending was slow to begin. Guilty As and Take A Daisy collided approaching the first turn checking Take A Daisy. Guilty As crossed to the outside on the first turn and raced wide, causing Take A Daisy to clip the heels of Guilty As, checking Take A Daisy which collided with Feel The Thunder as result; Feel The Thunder and Take A Daisy lost ground. Take A Daisy and Feel The Thunder collided in the home straight checking Feel The Thunder.
Fairytale Ending underwent a post-race veterinary examination- no apparent injury was reported.
