The traditional 2-wave (odds then evens) boxing process has been re-instated for all races in Victoria from Tuesday 10 November 2020. Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times. 

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face-masks that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Ultimate Express was slow to begin. Pinapple Turtle checked off Shining Gem approaching the first turn. Ultimate Express checked off Pineapple Turtle  on the first turn. Thundering Don and Our Watto collided on the first turn severely checking Cool Man Adams, Our Watto and Thundering Don; Thundering Don subsequently tailed off. 

Thundering Don underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Itchy Kaala was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Our Flying Gaga, Three Kisses, Hop Skip Skeet and Alinta's Girft collided on the first turn, checking Three Kisses and Hop Skip Skeet and severely checking Our Flying Gaga. Our Flying Gaga checked off Itchy Kaala entering the home straight. Big Bluey Rocks visibly eased in the home straight and again approaching the winning post. 

Big Bluey Rocks underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hamstring injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr Scott McKenzie regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Big Bluey Rocks was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr McKenzie pleaded guilty to the charge, Big Bluey Rocks was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial  in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Shining Ellie – New declared weight of 28.3kg, last raced at 30.3kg.

Pretty Fly was slow to begin.  Sloth and Shining Ellie collided soon after the start checking Shining Ellie. Fairytale Nacho and Royal Gossip collided on the first turn checking Reggie's Exhibit, Pretty Fly and Fairytale Nacho; alll three greyhounds raced wide as a result. Reggie's Exhibit checked off Pretty Fly on the home turn. Barooga Franky and Sloth collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight, checking both greyhounds. Sloth checked off Barooga Franky in the home straight. Shining Ellie and Pretty Fly collided in the home straight. 

Kirby's Delight was quick to begin. Star Gazers and Tom's Express were slow to begin. Edgy Jack and Iron Hand collided soon after the start checking Edgy Jack. Tat Panda, Iron Hand and Paisley Bale collided on the first turn checking Tat Panda, Edgy Jack, Iron Hand and Paisley Bale. Tay Tay Swifty checked off Kirby's Delight on the home turn. Tom's Express checked off Tay Tay Swifty on the home turn. 

Why Yes was slow to begin. Barunga Bullet and Kid Caldwell collided soon after the start. Shimmy Over and Why Yes collided on the first turn checking Shimmy Over and Barunga Bullet. Millennium Star and Got Me Smarty collided on the first turn checking Got Me Smarty. Millenium Star raced wide entering the home straight.

Gallant Toby and Calico Bull collided on the first turn checking Calico Bull. Lil Gus checked off Gallant Toby approaching the home turn. Lil Gus and Calico Bull collided on the home turn checking Lil Gus.

Key Effort and Ballara Bullet collided soon after the start checking Key Effort. No Regrets and Ballara Bullet collided on the first turn, checking No Regrets. Mercury Icon and All Inn Benny collided entering the home straight, checkinig Mercury Icon. 

A post-race sample was taken from All In Benny - the winner of the event. 

Lektra Desire was quick to begin. Eureka Icon, Create A Scene, Entranced, Lunaray and Our Flying Bolt collided approaching the first turn checking Eureka Icon, Entranced, Lunaray and Our Flying Bolt and severely checking Kranskey and Create A Scene; both greyhounds fell as a result. 

Kranskey underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right thigh muscle injury and abrasions on the nostrils. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Create A Scene underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right shoulder muscle injury and abrasions on the right hock. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

A post-race sample was taken from Eureka Icon - the winner of the event. 

Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade Steward, Mr R. Glass and Starter, Mr G. Glass did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Hook In Quinn.

Raw Attitude and Jilly Be Brave were slow to begin. Diva Dot and Hook In Quinn collided soon after the start. Jackie's Exhibit and Gregarious collided on the first turn checking Holding Hope, Jackie's Exhibit and Gregarious. Diva Dot and Jilly Be Brave raced wide on the first turn. Holding Hope galloped on Jackie's Exhibit on the home turn checking both greyhounds. Raw Attitude and Jilly Be Brave raced wide and collided entering the home straight, checking both greyhounds. Holding Hope and Jackie's Exhibit collided entering the home straight checking both greyhounds. 

Why Delila was slow to begin. Twilight Psycho and Smirky Sandra collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Blazing Kansas, Twilight Psycho, Smirky Sandra, Deep Dream and Burning Amy collided on the first turn checking Blazing Kansas, Smirky Sandra, Deep Dream, Why Delila and Burning Amy. Lembor raced wide on the home turn. Blazing Kansas raced wide entering the home straight and collided with Lembor, checking both greyhounds.

Cloak And Dagger and Play Along collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Uncharged and Karen's Delight collided on the first turn checking Karen's Delight. Karen's Delight, Justice Done and All Inn Maggie collided on the first turn checking Karen's Delight and Justice Done. Cloak And Dagger raced wide on the first turn. Scott Worth It and Flying Brae collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds which raced wide as a result. Uncharged and All Inn Maggie collided entering the home straight. 

A post-race sample was taken from Uncharged - the winner of the event. 

Laser Blue checked off Lektra Nat approaching the first turn. Lektra Nat and Return Serve collided on the first turn. Return Serve checked off Black Garnet approaching the winning post.
