La La Louis was quick to begin. On Gas Blazing, No Regrets and Mahogany Queen collided approaching the first turn, checking Mahogany Queen. Six Big Boys underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg calf injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
