Stewards discussed the frequency of racing for Yondu with handler Mr Joshua Formosa and noted his comments.
Silky Rose was quick to begin. Yondu was slow to begin. Starchie, Fashion Icon and Lektra Bear collided in the back straight checking Fasion Icon. Take The Lead, Starchie and Lektra Bear collided on the first turn checking Take The Lead and Starchie.
Yondu underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was found.
