Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 &6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face-masks/covers that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Paisley Bale was quick to begin. Lektra Roll went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (4L). Treasure's Danae and Black Jack Tea collided on the first turn.  Black Jack Tea and All Inn Benny collided on the home turn. Treasure's Danae and Chuck Attack collided entering the home straight.

Stray Cat – New declared weight of 26.7kg, last raced at 27.8kg.

Zulu Dance checked off Stray Cat approaching the first turn. Stray Cat faltered on the first turn and lost ground checking Level Neville, Midnight Fussed and Free Kick Hawks. Zulu Dance raced wide in the home straight.

Stray Cat underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to left and right monkey muscles, left and right pencil muscles and left triangle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

All Inn June ans Ardmona Miss were quick to begin. Ardmona Miss faltered approaching the first turn and lost ground. All Inn June, Market Bob, Royal Burst and Flying Jezza collided on the first turn checking Royal Burst, Flying Jezza and Aces And Eights. All Inn June and Another Avatar collided on the home turn checking All Inn June, Another Avatar and Royal Burst. Royal Burst and Aces And Eights collided entering the home straight. All Inn June checked off Royal Burst in the home straight. Flying Jezza visibly eased approaching the winning post and lost ground.

Market Bob underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right metatarsal injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Flying Jezza underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Ardmona Miss underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right monkey muscle and right triangle. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Deed's Delight checked off Zanzibar Icon approaching the first turn. Zanzibar Icon and Glory Road collided approaching the first turn checking Glory Road. Deed's Delight and Road Side Assist collided approaching the first turn checking Road Side Assist. Zanzibar Icon and Plain Name collided approaching the home turn checking Plain Name. Deed's Delight and Late Night Kebab collided several times on the home turn and entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Silky Rose was quick to begin. Yondu was slow to begin. Starchie, Fashion Icon and Lektra Bear collided in the back straight checking Fasion Icon. Take The Lead, Starchie and Lektra Bear collided on the first turn checking Take The Lead and Starchie.

Yondu underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was found.

Stewards discussed the frequency of racing for Sir Julian with handler Mr Joshua Formosa and noted his comments.

Sir Julia, Red Hot Chance and Bush Bro were slow to begin. Sir Julian, Filorga Bale, Scott Wrecked, Red Hot Chance and Bush Bro collided on the first turn checking all five greyhounds. Filorga Bale and Atlas Bombshell collided several times approaching the winning post checking Atlas Bombshell.
