Steward's Report
Ginger Bar was slow to begin. All Inn Ava, Calico Bull and Kraken Storm collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Kraken Storm. Calico Bull and Gigi's Fire collided approaching the first turn. Kraken Spike and Sprite Halo collided on the first turn. Sprite Halo and Ginger Bar collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight. Ginger Bar marred Sprite Halo in the home straight.
Ginger Bar underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury could be detected.
Stewards spoke to Mr L. Morshead, the trainer of Ginger Bar regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Ginger Bar was charged with marring. Mr Morshead pleaded guilty to the charge, Ginger Bar is suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b) before any future nomination will be accepted.
