Bully Bar underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg quadriceps injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Tizza Fernando and Tzar's Ghost were slow to begin.  Burn Bella Burn was very slow to begin (3L).

Battle Symphony and Big Lug were slow to begin.

Big Lug and Camaro Zed collided soon after the start, checking Big Lug.  Battle Symphony faltered at the 250m mark and tailed off.

Battle Symphony underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg triangle muscle injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Gosh and Ship Of Fools were slow to begin. 

Colossal Fire – Late scratching at 8:41 am due to non–arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.  Mr Ken McCann informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track.  Stewards advised Mr McCann that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival.  The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. 

Blackzin Prince was slow to begin.

Far Out Frankie checked off Blair's Tulip approaching the 200m mark, checking Blackzin Prince.

Due to a technical malfunction with the timing sensor, the semaphore board briefly displayed the incorrect win time for this event as 19:25; the time was amended to the official win time of 19:64 as the placings were semaphored. 

Crackerjack Jase – New declared weight of 34.9 kg, last raced at 36.3 kg.

Grumpy Al checked off Melanistic soon after the start.  Make A Pat and Showboat Capers collided soon after the start.  Showboat Capers checked off Make A Pat at the 250m mark.  Make A Pat and Showboat Capers collided approaching the winning post.

Crackerjack Jase underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg triangle muscle injury.  A seven day stand down period was imposed. 

Big Tango – Late scratching at 9:33 am due to non–arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.  Mr Tony Cortese informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track.  Stewards advised Mr Cortese that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival.  The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. 

Stunning One was quick to begin.

Stunning One crossed in soon after the start.  Funny Enough crossed out soon after the start.  Call Me Jade and Blazin' Fury collided at the 200m mark.
