Moroka Magic and Pack Of Jokers were slow to begin. Duke Of Airly and One Thrill collided approaching the first turn checking Duke Of Airly. Duke Of Airly and On Time Cash collided approaching the first turn checking Duke Of Airly. Reverse Outright crossed to the outside on the home turn and marred Walk Me Home which raced wide as a result.
Trainer Ms. L. Smith declined her option to have Reverse Outright vetted.
Stewards spoke to Ms. L. Smith, the trainer of Reverse Outright regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Reverse Outright was charged with marring. Ms. Smith pleaded guilty to the charge, Reverse Outright was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
