All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore facemasks that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Weeona Evie and Double On Ice were quick to begin.  Zippy Customer and Audenzia collided soon after the start.  High Eden Freddy and Queen Regis collided soon after the start.  Queen Regis and Audenzia collided approaching the first turn checking Queen Regis, Audenzia and Queen Charisma. High Eden Freddy and Audenzia collided on the first turn. High Eden Freddy raced wide in the home straight.

It was noted that the muzzle of Double On Ice became dislodged during the running of the event.

Stratospheric– Late scratching at 8.40am when Mr. J. Bosnich reported the greyhound to have a foot injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Dundee Idol was slow to begin.  Zipping Utah and Olinda Patsy collided approaching the first turn. Zipping Utah and Just A Minute collided on the first turn checking Just A Minute.  Dundee Idol raced wide in the home straight.

Just A Minute underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the left hind toe.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards opened and finalised an inquiry into the late scratching of Stratospheric. Stewards noted Mr Bosnich's explanation and issued a warning under GAR23(1)(a).

Harrison House and Sitizano Rocks were slow to begin.  Hypo Harry and Fearless Runner collided approaching the first turn.  Harrison House and Fearless Runner collided on the first turn.  Dr. Macie raced wide in the home straight.

A post race sample was taken from Paula Of Buddy - winner of the event.

Weeona Pete and Hot Diesel were quick to begin.  Kroos and Rag Time Griff were slow to begin. Rag Time Griff and Greysynd Spectre collided approaching the first turn.

Victory Chase was quick to begin. Gunai Outlaw and Victory Chase collided approaching the first turn checking Victory Chase.  Paula Of Oscar, Moody Girl and Star Magic collided approaching the first turn checking Moody Girl.  Victory Chase and Moody Girl collided on the first turn.  Tribal raced wide in the home straight.

Tinker Craig and Leo Rose were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Persian Goddess and Sharni’s My Girl collided approaching the first turn.  Tralee was checked off Do Good Davlin approaching the first turn.  Tralee and Leo Rose collided on the first turn.

Moroka Magic and Pack Of Jokers were slow to begin.  Duke Of Airly and One Thrill collided approaching the first turn checking Duke Of Airly.  Duke Of Airly and On Time Cash collided approaching the first turn checking Duke Of Airly.  Reverse Outright crossed to the outside on the home turn and marred Walk Me Home which raced wide as a result.

Trainer Ms. L. Smith declined her option to have Reverse Outright vetted.

Stewards spoke to Ms. L. Smith, the trainer of Reverse Outright regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Reverse Outright was charged with marring.  Ms. Smith pleaded guilty to the charge, Reverse Outright was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Little Kit and Click And Win were slow to begin.   Little Kit and Aston Syrah collided approaching the first turn.  Chrome Cadillac crossed to the outside entering the home straight checking Airly Liberty and Aston Syrah.

Cyber Crime and Red Sunset were slow to begin.  Liberty Royal, High Priority and Dr. Santiago collided approaching the first turn checking High Priority.  Liberty Royal and Dr. Santiago collided on the first turn checking Dr. Santiago.  Cyber Crime and Aston Sundance collided entering the home straight.  Short Fine Leg was checked off Cyber Crime in the home straight.

Jezza Bence and She’s So Lovable were quick to begin.  Let Out crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Willow’s Hand, Earn The Fizz and Star Night.  Kannella and Andy Time collided on the home turn.  Willow’s Hand raced wide in the home straight.  Let Out, Kannella and Star Night collided approaching the winning post.

Stewards opened and adjourned an inquiry with Ms. J. McMahon regarding an incident prior to the running of the satisfactory trial.
