Steward's Report
Mr S. Boag advised that the track was deeply harrowed, graded and top dressed on Thursday 29th April 2021.
All persons attending the venue today carried face masks, observed social distance requirements, and maintained room density quotients for the race meeting.
Acacia Dream was quick to begin.
Seabrook Baker and Siren Head collided soon after the start. Theatre Of War and Seabrook Baker collided approaching the first turn. Seabrook Baker raced wide approaching the home turn. Theatre Of War checked off Siren Head in the home straight. Jacobite Knight tired in the concluding stages of the race.
Jacobite Knight underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising to the left side of the skull. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Acacia Dream - the winner of the event.
