Steward's Report
Man Cave and Let’s Send It were slow to begin. Nitro Nikki and Hot Shaynna collided approaching the first turn checking Hot Shaynna and Let’s Send It. Let’s Send It galloped on Hot Shaynna approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds, Let‘s Send It tailed off and Hot Shaynna fell as a result.
Hot Shaynna underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an abraded left front paw pad. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Lets Send It underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was imposed.
There was no head on vision of the back straight for this event.
