The starting time for this event was re-scheduled to 8.25pm due to mechanical issues with the generator.
Sitizano Rocks and Connor Man were slow to begin. Connor Man, Great Scout and Somerton Rose collided soon after the start checking Great Scout. Mirror Illusion and Our Blue Spolly collided on the first turn checking My Blue Spolly. Breakaway Benji and Somerton Rose collided on the home turn.
A post race sample was taken from Magic Mark - winner of the event.
There was no head on vision of the back straight for this event.
