Steward's Report
Rilynn Bale was quick to begin.
Spare Bullet and Groundbreaking collided soon after the start. Astro Boy, Trending Zircon, Ivy Izmir and Providence Bale collided soon after trhe start. Groundbreaking, Astro Boy, Trending Zircon and Ivy Izmir collided approaching the first turn, checking Astro Boy. Uforo Bale and Ivy Izmir collided approaching the first turn, checking Ivy Izmir.
Rilynn Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped after the winning post.. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Providence Bale - the winner of the event.
Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Delbridge regarding the racing action of Rilynn Bale approaching the winning post. After hearing evidence from Mr. Delbridge, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed that Rilynn Bale cramped after the winning post.
