Leroy Deploy and Combust collided several times approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Mulga Bill and Aston Value collided on the first turn checking Mulga Bill. Lonely Lisa and Trending Zircon collided approaching the home turn checking Lonely Lisa. Rebel Riot raced wide entering the home straight.
Trending Air underwent a post-race veterinary examination after falling in the catching pen. Trending Air was found to have a spike wound to the left foreleg. No stand down period was imposed.
