All staff & participants attending the race-meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings and when engaged in the exclusive race-day functions of handling, boxing, starting & catching greyhounds.

Upton Street was quick to begin.  Tralee Riot and Full Recovery were slow to begin.

Callum's Capers crossed out soon after the start colliding with Neo Cleo Us and Wilsonville, checking Wilsonville.  Upton Street and Fray's Courage collided approaching the first turn checking Fray's Courage.  Wilsonville galloped on Tralee Riot on the first turn severely checking Full Recovery and Wilsonville.  Fray's Courage and Neo Cleo Us collided on the home turn. 

Fawn Missile and Rag Time Griff were slow to begin.

Howdy Slim checked off Shanlyn Ally approaching the first turn.  Shanlyn Ally checked off Miss Somerton on the first turn.  Aston Syrah and Aston Rebel collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Fawn Missile, Aston Rebel and Shanlyn Ally collided on the first turn checking Fawn Missile, Aston Rebel and severely checking Shanlyn Ally which subsequently pulled up.  

Shanlyn Ally underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have fractured the left tibia and fibula.  Shanlyn Ally was humanely euthanised.

Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track from the first turn to the home straight and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.

Willow Ash was quick to begin.  Flirty Talks was slow to begin.

Manila Shine checked off Shanlyn Bear on the first turn.  Leo's My Champ checked off Stanley Boy on the first turn.  Shanlyn Cripps, Manila Shine and Flirty Talks collided on the first turn checking Leo's My Champ, Flirty Talks and severely checking Shanlyn Cripps and Manila Shine.

Shanlyn Cripps underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right calf injury and an abrasion to the right calf.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Avery was quick to begin.

Orya Bale and Andy Time collided on the first turn.  Andy Time and Polly Pocket collided approaching the home turn checking Polly Pocket.  Swedish Duchess and Polly Pocket collided on the home turn checking Polly Pocket.  Polly Pocket faltered on the home turn and subsequently pulled up. 

Polly Pocket underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock fracture.  A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track on the home turn and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing. 

Prince Jed was slow to begin.

Rizzo and Unbeknownst collided soon after the start checking Rizzo.  Prince Jed and Billy's The Boss collided approaching the first turn checking Billy's The Boss.  

A post-race sample was taken from Invictus Rising - the winner of the event.

Weeona Pete and Jet Lee Rose were quick to begin.  Brave Joy was slow to begin.

Weeona Pete galloped on Zipping Hamish on the first turn.  Zipping Hamish and Brave Joy collided on the first turn checking Zipping Hamish, Brave Joy and Weeona Pete.

A pre-race sample was taken from Leo Rose.

Boes Bounty was slow to begin.

Rumour File, Leo Rose and Zipping Whoopi collided soon after the start causing Leo Rose to lose ground.  Tribal and Zipping Whoopi collided approaching the first turn checking Zipping Whoopi.  Zipping Bates and Tribal collided on the first turn.  Zipping Whoopi and Leo Rose collided on the home turn.  Tribal raced wide in the home straight.  

A post-race sample was taken from Camulos - winner of the event. 

Father Phevos was quick to begin.  Weeona Bulldozer was slow to begin.

Collinda Beast and Paua Of Oscar collided approaching the first turn.  Vesper Bale and Collinda Beast collided on the first turn checking Collinda Beast.

Judge Hook and Ride Along collided approaching the first turn checking Ride Along.  McLinden checked off Livvy's Princess.  Stay At Home and McLinden collided on the first turn.  Livvy's Princess and Bangor Sophia collided in the home straight.  McLinden and Bangor Sophia collided approaching the winning post. 

Groundbreaking and Victory Chase were quick to begin.

Block Star crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Almapa Sunshine.  Groundbreaking checked off Victory Chase on the first turn.  Block Star and Aston Marlon collided on the first turn. Why Not Gazza and Valhalla Girl collided approaching the home turn. 

Aston Rocket was quick to begin.  Sailing Shoes was slow to begin.

Why Not Hutch checked off Devil's Disguise on the first turn causing Why Not Hutch to collide with Katey Penny, checking both greyhounds.  Zipping Django, Devil's Disguise and Agent Ben collided approaching the winning post.

Elope To Paris and Just Burning were quick to begin.  Anubis Al was slow to begin.

Anubis Al checked off Kanga Lights approaching the first turn.  Fast Talker checked off Kanga Lights on the first turn.  Gav's The Boss checked off Kanga Lights on the first turn.  Kanga Lights and Hurricane Keely collided on the first turn.  Elope To Paris checked off Just Burning on the first turn checking Elope To Paris, Kanga Lights and Hurricane Keely.  Hurricane crossed out approaching the home turn checking Anubis Al.  Fast Talker and Hurricane Keely raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Remember Jimmy – In accordance with GAR 73, presented for a re-vet at the conclusion of kennelling as the greyhound was found to be injured at Healesville on 31 December 2020. Remember Jimmy was examined by the on-track veterinarian and found to be free from injury. Remember Jimmy was cleared to race.
