Steward's Report
Pabbie Bale - Late scratching at 6.37pm under GAR 37(4) on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian after the greyhound was found to be infested with fleas. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance stating the condition no longer exists before any future nomination will be accepted.
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Savrance Bale, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.
Ozark Bale was quick to begin. Savrance Bale, Flying Sonic and Astor were slow to begin.
Ozark Bale and Stiff Wind collided approaching the first turn checking Ozark Bale. Flying Sonic galloped on Izuki Bale on the first turn checking Izuki Bale, Flying Sonic and Savrance Bale. Izuki Bale raced wide on the home turn. Flying Sonic and Astor collided in the home straight checking both greyhounds.
