Steward's Report
Lakeview Cruiser, Aston Glow and Bidgee Boy were slow to begin. Dr. Madison checked off Louie Lou approaching the first turn severely checking Dr. Madison which contacted the running rail as a result. Lakeview Cruiser and Jenny Kay Rose collided on the first turn. Hoffa and Fargo collided on the first turn. Jenny Kay Rose and Aston Glow collided on the first turn. Fargo and Bidgee Boy collided approaching the home turn. Fargo and Bidgee Boy raced wide in the home straight.
Dr. Madison underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right chest muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken form Louie Lou - the winner of the event.
