Steward's Report
Piper's Unicorn and Gypsy Cinnamon collided approaching the first turn checking Piper's Unicorn. Snack Attack and Gypsy Cinnamon collided on the first turn. Snack Attack, Rower's Rules and Gypsy Cinnamon collided entering the home straight.
Piper's Unicorn underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of the trainer. Piper's Unicorn was found to have a spike wound to the left fore limb. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to handler Mrs Cindy Morrissey regarding the undue delay in boxing Ashlin Jem in this event and was given a reminder of responsibilities pursuant to GAR 51(9).
