Talk Talk Talk was quick to begin. Gellar Bale, My Gem. Minter Zoom and Callum ArI collided soon after the start. Talk Talk Talk, Gellar Bale and Patricia Maureen collided on the first turn checking Weeona Roger and Minter Zoom and severely checking Talk Talk Talk and Patricia Maureen. Callum Ari and Patricia Maureen collided entering the home straight.
Minter Zoom underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a split webbing on the left front foot. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
