She's So Kind was quick to begin. Mepunga Reject, Dancing Cassie, Will It Rain and Between Jobs were slow to begin.

Will It Rain and Between Jobs collided soon after the start. Dancing Cassie checked off Keep It Black approaching the first turn causing Dancing Cassie to race wide checking Shima Glow and severely checking Will It Rain. Coterie crossed in on the first turn checking She's So Kind. Keep It Black and Coterie collided on the second turn. Dancing Cassie raced wide in the back straight.
