Rozehill Lucy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound was found to have muscle soreness in the right tricep, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Melville, the trainer of Zafonic Zjahdi regarding the greyhound's performance in this event.  It was noted that the greyhound did sustain interference throughout the event.  Mr. Melville further advised that he believed the greyhound failed to run out the distance after suffering interference and didn't intend to start over this distance again.  Stewards noted the explanation and took no further action.

Salegreys Chatta, Formulate A Plot and Arvo's Ace were slow to begin.  Salegreys Chatta, Formulate A Plot and Arvo's Ace collided on the first turn.  Sonny's Glider, Military Man and Bralyn Major collided on the first turn.  Hot Gold checked off Formulate A Plot on the second turn.  Miss So Good and Bralyn Major collided approaching the home turn checking Miss So Good.
