Nimble Swip was slow to begin.  Buckle Up Brax crossed in approaching the first turn causing Hot Whirl, Spades And Roses and Renstar to collide checking Noah Rose, Bolting Craig and Big Tex Rockin'.  Renstar checked off Spades And Roses on the first turn causing Renstar, Buckle Up Brax and Nimble Swip to collide; Renstar lost ground as a result.  Big Tex Rockin' and Buckle Up Brax collided several times in the back straight checking Big Tex Rockin', Buckle Up Brax and Bolting Craig.  Renstar checked off Buckle Up Brax approaching the home turn.  Bolting Craig checked off Nimble Swip approaching the home turn,  Noah Rose, Bolting Craig and Buckle Up Brax collided as a result.

Monday Rose was slow to begin.  Swansea Sands and Zipping Layla collided soon after the start.  Miss Cyprus faltered approaching the first turn and subsequently pulled up.  Briag Thomas and Nimble Icon collided approaching the third turn causing Monday Rose to check off Briag Thomas.  Briag Thomas and Nimble Icon collided on the third turn.  Monday Rose eased approaching the home turn, entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post checking Briag Thomas.

Miss Cyprus was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound was found to have soreness in the left hind back muscle and whip muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Monday Rose was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a graze to the left hind foot.  No stand down penalty was applied.

Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Smith, the handler of the greyhound Monday Rose.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Monday Rose with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Sale and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

 Sam's Kingdom was slow to begin.  Stagger and Cop That Johnny collided soon after the start checking Cop That Johnny.  Napalm Red checked off Whispering Wind approaching the first turn.  Rock Legend, Stagger and Dodgy Dealer collided approaching the first turn checking Dodgy Dealer severely checking Napalm Red.  Whispering Wind and Stagger collided on the home turn.  Cop That Johnny and Sam's Kingdom collided on the home turn checking Sam's Kingdom.  Napalm Red raced wide on the home turn.

Dr. Mindy was vetted and after being re vetted following event 9,  it was reported that   the greyhound was found to have soreness in the right metacarpals and right back muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Amaroo Cruise was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound was found to have soreness in the left and right shoulder, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Shane Schembri, the trainer of Amaroo Cruise. After viewing the head on footage and taking into consideration the nature of the injuries sustained to the greyhound, Mr Schembri was issued with a warning regarding Amaroo Cruise's racing manners in the home straight.

Half Way There was quick to begin.  Thunderlips crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Airbound, Reen's Fabian, Sonny's Glider, Blasting Bear and Formulate A Plot.  Airbound contacted the running rail on the second turn.  Blasting Bear and Formulate A Plot collided on the second turn checking Blasting Bear; Blasting Bear stumbled and lost considerable ground.  Half Way There and Where's Steamy collided approaching the home turn.  Reen's Fabian galloped on Sonny's Glider approaching the home turn checking Airbound and Reen's Fabian.

Blasting Bear was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Coup D'Etat was quick to begin.  Black Beard clipped the heels of Near History approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Cruz Kelton and Crowdza Chanting collided approaching the first turn. Beyond Brooklyn checked off Cruz Kelton approaching the first turn.  Black Beard crossed to the rail on the first turn severely checking Beyond Brooklyn.  Jungle Warfare checked off Cruz Kelton approaching the home turn causing Jungle Warfare to collide with Black Beard.  Black Beard crossed to the outside approaching the winning post checking Mar Wah.

Ninja Backman and Chole Donnor collided soon after the start checking Chole Donnor.  Ninja Backman and Dr. Thanos collided approaching the first turn checking Ninja Backman.  Premier Magpie crossed in on the first turn checking Hurricane Harley, Lunchless, Blue Flute and Ninja Backman.  Ninja Backman clipped the heels of Blue Flute and stumbled as a result.  Dr. Thanos and Crusade Marjen collided on the first turn causing Lunchless to check off Dr. Thanos checking Hurricane Harley.  Chole Donnor checked off Lunchless approaching the home turn.  Hurricane Harley and Blue Flute collided on the home turn.
