Steward's Report
Paw Behaviour – Late scratching at 6.03pm due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr S. McDonnell informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards have advised Mr McDonnell that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
Cypress Bale was quick to begin. Aston Cash was slow to begin.
Istrid Bale and Yussuf Bale collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Aston Adonis checked off Cypress Bale approaching the home turn.
