Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Trainer, Mr R Camilleri who advised that Slingshot Angel was scratched in accordance with the rules, due to a triangle injury. It was noted with the scratching of Slingshot Angel ,vacant boxes were then either side of Zipping Zarbo which is trained from the same complex as Slingshot Angel. Mr Camilleri's explanation was accepted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Zipping Zarbo.
Tinker Craig and Bay Me collided soon after the start, checking both greyhounds. Tinker Craig checked off Sizzlin' Sanchez on the first turn.
