Magnet Force galloped on Blackpool Pantha on the first turn checking Blackpool Pantha, Magnet Force and Canya Oscar. He's An Ace checked off Be So Good on the first turn. Falconetti brushed the running rail on the first turn and lost ground as a result. Blackpool Pantha and Canya Oscar collided in the home straight. Falconetti and Canya Oscar collided approaching the winning post.
Blackpool Pantha underwent a post-race veterinary examination, at the trainer's request, and was found to have a left wrist injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
