Guinness Banshee, Gamboa and Big Flash Marjen were slow to begin.
Bright Flash, Guinness Banshee and Superior Uno collided approaching the first turn checking Bright Flash and Guinness Banshee causing Superior Uno to fall. Bright Flash and Guinness Banshee collided several times on the first turn and approaching the home turn checking Bright Flash. Gamboa and Zipping Stan collided several times in the home straight.
Bright Flash underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration on the left hock. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Superior Uno underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the head. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
