Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Nifty Nelly checked off Buzz Out approaching the home turn checking Balt.  Gypsy Cinnamon and Maree Keeping collided in the home straight. 

Fabriola Dill was slow to begin. 

Fabriola Dill, Smithy Keeping, La La Kentucky and Kratos Bale collided soon after the start checking Simmo's My Bro and La La Kentucky.  Fabriola Dill checked off Smithy Keeping approaching the first turn causing Smithy Keeping to brush the running rail.  Fernando Booker checked off Kratos Bale approaching the first turn.  La La Kentucky, Kratos Bale and Fernando Booker collided on the first turn.  Fabriola Dill checked off Kratos Bale on the first turn.  Smithy Keeping and Fabriola Dill collided in the home straight severely checking Smithy Keeping. 

Smithy Keeping underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abraision to the right fore leg. A five day stand down period was imposed.

Hey There Robbo brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Hey There Robbo contacted the running rail approaching the home turn.  Bad Bailey checked off Quarantined approaching the home turn.  Hey There Brodie and Pyrenees Alpha collided on the home turn.  Hey There Brodie and Tinker Caylee collided approaching the winning post. 

Hey There Robbo underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Pyrenees Daisy was slow to begin. 

Pyrenees Daisy checked off Vin Joel soon after the start.  Gypsy Zelda checked off Alumni approaching the first turn checking Alumni.  Gypsy Zelda checked off Elanda Bale approaching the home turn.  Aston Gates crossed to the outside in the home straight and collided with Alumni severely checking both greyhounds.  Pyrenees Daisy checked off Alumni in the home straight checking Elanda Bale as a result.

Pyrenees Pegasus and Lektra Loopy were slow to begin.  

Pyrenees Steele checked off Nimble Danny approaching the first turn.  Pyrenees Steele and Pyrenees Pegasus collided on the home turn.  Nimble Danny and Savannah Lee collided on the home turn.  Pyrenees Steele and Nimble Danny collided on the home turn.  Pyrenees Pegasus checked off Lektra Loopy entering the home straight.  Flying Flash shifted out and collided with Zimmer Bale in the home straight checking Zimmer Bale.  Flying Flash visibly eased in the home straight and again approaching the winning post. 

Flying Flash underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasion to the left wrist, a five day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr T. Erenshaw the Trainer, regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Flying Flash was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr T. Erenshaw pleaded guilty to the charge, Flying Flash must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Harmon Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg tarsal sprain. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Flying Fifi was quick to begin.  Crackerjack Nev was slow to begin. 

Lochinvar Deus checked off Crackerjack Nev approaching the first turn.  Liverpool Flyer and Go Pappa Go collided in the home straight.  Knockout Fantasy and Mr. Mufasa collided approaching the winning post. 

Aston Pirate and Noonbarra Jack were slow to begin. 

Nessa's Zara abd Shima Tune collided on the first turn.  Quan Bale and Shima Tune collided on the home turn.  Shima Tune crossed to the inside in the home straight checking Quan Bale.  Nessa's Zara raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight. 

Blackpool Grace was quick to begin.  Unknown Warrior was slow to begin. 

Chopper Bale checked off La La Missouri soon after the start.  Blackpool Grace checked off Lalina approaching the first turn.  Chopper Bale checked off Unknown Warrior on the first turn checking Blackpool Grace and Chopper Bale.  Aston Ultra crossed to the outside entering the home straight. 

La La Oregon and Nevilla Bale were slow to begin.  

Heart Beats True checked off Spun Out soon after the start.  Spun Out checked off Aston Champagne soon after the start.  Heart Beats True checked off Wrong Decision approaching the home turn.  Heart Beats True and Wrong Decision collided on the home turn.
