Tin Shed Fred, Tiggerlong Ginga, Handsome and Mr. Milford collided soon after the start checking all four greyhounds. Tin Shed Fred and Handsome collided on the first turn checking Handsome. Shots Fired and Tickle My Fancy collided on the first turn checking Shots Fired and For The Horde. Tiggerlong Ginga checked off Shots Fired on the first turn checking For The Horde and Tiggerlong Ginga. Tin Shed Fred cramped approaching the winning post and lost ground
