Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Agent Stella - Late scratching at 2.39pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to an laceration to the right fore. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Cloudy Damond and Morbius collided soon after the start checking Morbius. Blue Crayon checked off Battling Baz approaching the first turn. Riverdale Tommy, Cloudy Diamond and Battling Baz collided on the first turn checking Cloudy Diamond. Riverdale Tommy and Morbius collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Glorious One and Blue Crayon collided approaching the home turn causing both to race wide as a result. Riverdale Tommy and Morbius collided entering the home straight.

Cornish Pixie and Weblec Fury were slow to begin.

Helena Ravenclaw and Wolfsbane Potion collided soon after the start checking Wolfsbane Potion. Cornish Pixie checked off Weblec Fury approaching the first turn.

The start of this race was delayed by approximately two minutes to allow club staff to clear the track.

Nano Nano and Run On Time collided soon after the start. Run On Time checked off Mizuki Rose on the first turn. Send It Socks galloped on Mizuki Rose on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Nano Nano and Mizuki Rose collided approaching the home turn checking Mizuki Rose. Riverdale Bluey and Mizuki Rose collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight.

Black Panda checked off Play Along soon after the start. Roger Rocks checked off Chill Out Dusty approaching the first turn. Queue The Music, Play Along, Harmon Bale and Chill Out Dusty collided approaching the first turn checking Play Along. Queue The Music and Harmon Bale collided on the first turn severely checking Queue The Music. Roger Rocks, Harmon Bale and Chill Out Dusty collided on the first turn checking Harmon Bale and Chill Out Dusty. Play Along contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground. Harmon Bale and Chill Out Dusty collided approaching the home turn and again in the home straight. 

Play Along underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left fore foot. No stand down period was imposed.

Cosmic Vigilante and Suited Kings collided approaching the first turn. Ovens Angler checked off Wise Storm approaching the first turn. Cosmic Vigilante and Suited Kings collided on the first turn checking Cosmic Vigilante. Two Up Thommo and Suited Kings collided approaching the home turn. Two Up Thommo and Ovens Angler collided on the home turn. Tiggerlong Rebel checked off Suited Kings on the home turn. Tiggerlong Rebel and Two Up Thommo collided entering the home straight.

Zambora Lulu galloped on Akoya approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.

The announcement of All Clear on this event was delayed to allow Stewards to view the video footage of the start of the event after it was noted there was a section of hose partially in front of box 8 (Hot Cruiser). After viewing the video footage and acting on their own observations Stewards were of the opinion that Hot Cruiser's chances in the race were not materially prejudiced and All Clear was declared on the judge’s numbers. 

Magic Panther and Gamboa collided soon after the start. Zipping Kiki galloped on Graphic Print on the first turn checking Zipping Kiki, Graphic Print, Magic Panther, Gamboa and Hot Cruiser. Milwaukee Miss faltered approaching the home turn and collided with Blackpool Pantha. Graphic Print and Milwaukee Miss collided on the home turn severely checking both greyhounds and also checking Zipping Kiki, Magic Panther and Hot Cruiser. 

Milwaukee Miss underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Graphic Print underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising to the left shoulder. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Three Toots checked off Stirling Lights approaching the first turn. Stirling Lights, Hadeel Bale and Cyclone Zara collided on the first turn checking Hadeel Bale and severely checking Cyclone Zara. Three Toots and Crackerjack Soc collided approaching the winning post checking Three Toots.

Charlie Checker checked off Tiggerlong Grace on the first turn. Lektra Rainbow and Unsolved Mystery collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Petite Charlotte and Headspace collided on the home turn. Headspace and Charlie Checker collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds 

Black Tess, My Boy Joey, Strike and Zoe's Intention collided on the first turn checking Strike, Dodge Coupe and Riverdale Tuohy. Black Tess and Strike collided approaching the home turn. Riverdale Tuohy checked off My Boy Joey in the home straight.
