More Wit and Incy Valley collided several times from approaching the first turn to the first turn. Wild Bandit checked off Hurricane Rose on the first turn and collided with Mowgli Express checking both greyhounds. Wild Bandit and Incy Valley collided approaching the home turn. Hurricane Rose raced wide approaching the home turn. Come On Levendi visibly eased approaching the home turn. 

Wild Bandit underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed. 

Come On Levendi underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the left wrist, no stand day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Stavros Kipirtidis, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Come On Levendi was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Kipirtidis pleaded guilty to the charge, Come On Levendi must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Goorawin – New declared weight of 26.8kgs, last raced at 25.5kgs.

A pre-race sample was taken from Goorawin. 

Goorawin underwent a pre-race veterinary examination upon retrieval from the kennels and was passed fit to race.

Stewards spoke to Mr Shane Jack regarding the betting activity on Aurora Miss. Mr Jack stated that he had not supported the greyhound himself and was unaware of the betting activity. Stewards noted the explanation and passed the information onto the GRV betting analyst for review.
