Cracked Soda was slow to begin.
Lachie's Legacy went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.
Limburg Special and Chill Out Pedro collided approaching the first turn. Level Neville and Refueled collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Chill Out Pedro galloped on the heels of Level Neville approaching the home turn. Limburg Special and Cracked Soda collided approaching the home turn. Toyman Tim raced wide on the home turn and entering the home straight. Level Neville race wide in the home straight.
Level Neville underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hip injury and spike wounds to both hind legs. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
