An out of competition sample was taken from Gazza's Pick on 15/10/2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Jan's Star - Late scratching at 17:17 on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a right shoulder injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Dream Boulevard, Blistering Betty and Clovally Mansumi were quick to begin.
Gazza's Pick and Seabrook Gem collided soon after the start checking Gazza's Pick. Jaggered Stone and Hammer Red collided approaching the first turn checking Hammer Red. Jaggered Stone and Clovalley Mansumi collided approaching the home turn checking Clovalley Mansumi.
