Boney Power and Tex Ribs collided several times from soon after the start to the 250m mark. Rockin' Rosco and Boney Power collided at the 250m mark. Boney Power crossed out at the 150m mark. Rockin' Rosco and Aston Malibu collided at the winning post.
Rockin' Rosco underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. After viewing all available race footage, stewards spoke to Mr G. Johnson, the trainer of Rockin' Rosco and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners at the winning post.
