Chill Out Diesel and Wenona Bale were slow to begin.

Chill Out Diesel, Wenona Bale and Run Fast Maggie collided soon after the start checking Wenona Bale. Run Fast Maggie checked off Buddy Boy approaching the first turn. Chill Out Diesel checked off Buddy Boy on the first turn.

Wenona Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abraded left stopper pad and laceration to calf muscle area. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr. J. Heatherton was issued with a warning regarding his use of a mobile phone on track in accordance with GAR 44.

Step Aside – New declared weight of 30.8kg, last raced at 29.5kg.

Norwood and Tonk's Boy collided soon after the start checking Norwood. Stan's Hope and Tonk's Boy collided on the first turn.

The start of this race was delayed by approximately 2 minutes due to technical difficulties experienced at Sky Channel and the TAB having to be rectified.

Onya Nelly crossed to the rail soon after the start. Chillout Chuckie visibly eased and turned it's head on the second turn checking Onya Nelly. Chillout Chuckie visibly eased in the home straight and collided several times with Onya Nelly.

Chillout Chuckie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was found. 

Stewards spoke to Mrs. J. Chilcott, the handler of Chillout Chuckie regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the second turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Chillout Chuckie was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mrs. Chilcott pleaded guilty to the charge, Chillout Chuckie is suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Shooters Ali and Rose Fawn were slow to begin.

Shooters Ali checked off Crystal Bling on the first turn. Shooters Ali raced wide in the back straight. Crystal Bling, Blackpool Ace and Rose Fawn collided on the second turn checking Blackpool Ace and Shooters Ali. Crystal Bling and Rose Fawn collided approaching the home turn. Shooters Ali raced wide on the home turn and entering the home straight.

Dyna Jenaya was quick to begin.

Belle's On Boost and Another Bling collided on the first turn checking Another Bling. Happy Tails crossed to the outside in the back straight checking Belle's On Boost. Dyna Jenaya checked off Happy Tails on the second turn. Belle's On Boost, Dyna Jenaya and Happy Tails raced wide on the home turn and entering the home straight.

Why Not Kaleb was slow to begin.

Super Stoked and Why Not Kaleb collided on the first turn checking Super Stoked. Pippa Squeak and Why Not Kaleb collided several times approaching the home turn and on the home turn. Super Stoked and Monaro Joe raced wide entering the home straight. Why Not Kaleb and Pippa Squeak collided approaching the winning post.

Grease Lightning underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion on the tail. No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr.G. Couldridge, the trainer of Grease Lightning regarding its performance in the home straight. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Grease Lightning must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Deep Blue, Vintage Storm and Hammer Red were slow to begin.

Deep Blue, Hagrid Grange, Hillbilly Boy and Hammer Red collided entering the back straight checking Hillbilly Boy. Vintage Storm, Hagrid Grange and Hammer Red collided on the second turn checking Hagrid Grange and Hillbilly Boy.

Our China Plate and Little Red Hot were slow to begin.

Our China Plate and Clovalley Mauri collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Cherokee Shimmer raced wide on the home turn. Cherokee Shimmer crossed to the inside in the home straight checking Little Red Hot.

Twilight Logan, Senor Diego and Brindle Delight were slow to begin.

Big Cam and Sin Dinero collided on the first turn checking  Brindle Delight and severely checking Big Cam. Twilight Logan and Brindle Delight collided several times on the home turn. Twilight Logan, Brindle Delight and Longbow raced wide entering the home straight. Twilight Logan visibly eased and marred Brindle Delight  in the home straight.

Mr. Vantaarling pleaded guilty to the charge, Twilight Logan is suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Chasin' Bobbi was quick to begin.

Woody's My Name and Murrabit Sammy were slow to begin. Woody's My Name and Four Keeps collided several times on the first turn checking Four Keeps. Mum's The Word raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.

Nitro Nicole and Dragonstone were quick to begin.

Kraken Courage checked off Dragonstone approaching the first turn checking Kraken Courage. Buddy Goes Bang and Dragonstone collided several times on the first turn checking Buddy Goes Bang. Buddy Goes Bang and Forgotten Girl collided on the home turn.
