Steward's Report
Tigress Eight and Eumeralla Boss were slow to begin. Rockstar Rinzo and Twirly Bird collided soon after the start. Twirly Bird and Tigress Eight collided approaching the first turn. Make Me Famous checked off Eumeralla Dessy approaching the home turn. Rockstar Rinzo galloped on the heels of Make Me Famous approaching the home turn checking Make Me Famous. Eumeralla Dessy raced wide on the home turn and collided with Thriller Love checking Thriller Love and Tigress Eight; Tigress Eight raced wide as a result. Thriller Love and Eumeralla Boss collided approaching the winning post.
Thriller Love was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to it's right thigh and left shoulder. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Eumeralla Dessy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's right thigh. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. I Chircop, the trainer of the greyhound Eumeralla Dessy. Stewards deemed the performance of Eumeralla Dessy unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Eumeralla Dessy must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
