Molly's Harmonie, That's Insert and St. South Aussie were slow to begin. Captain Revenge went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (3 lengths). That's Insert checked off Maudie Magic soon after the start. Bold Faith crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Maudie Magic and Black Nikki. Molly's Harmonie, Maudie Magic and Captain Revenge collided approaching the first turn checking Molly's Harmonie and Maudie Magic and severely checking Captain Revenge and That's Insert. Molly's Harmonie checked off Maudie Magic on the first turn. Bold Faith, Black Nikki, St. South Aussie and Immeasurable collided approaching the home turn checking Immeasurable and severely checking St. South Aussie which raced wide as a result. Bold Faith, Maudie Magic and Black Nikki collided on the home turn checking Bold Faith, Black Nikki and Immeasurable.
